Your all-round carefree package:
Сardio training
Get your heart pumping with our wide range of cardio options.
Regular cardio training improves your heart health, helps you lose weight and strengthens your immune system. Cardio training also has a positive effect on processing stress and can positively influence your sleep quality.
EGYM & Gamification
Experience your fitness training in a new way with EGYM and gamification.
Our eGym devices make training fun thanks to innovative gamification elements. Perfect execution: playful Pac-Man-like elements help you perform movements precisely and correctly. Pure motivation: View your progress in real time!
Functional training
Versatility and efficiency — take your training to the next level with functional training.
Complement your training with exercises in our functional area! Exercises such as squats, lunges or planks imitate movement patterns from daily life and thus improve the ability to perform everyday movements more efficiently and with less risk of injury.
Muscle building
Strength and definition through targeted strength training — find your perfect program.
The latest generation of EGYM digital weight equipment is at the heart of every NEXT DOOR gym. Your advantage here: EGYM offers precise and individual training programs that are constantly adapting to your needs and training progress.
